Review: Oxford Sports Panniers

Hello all,

A wee while back I received an email from M&P with a weekend offer. Usually it’s some cheap gloves or some sportsbike plastics, nothing that really interests me. But this one weekend, for 3 days only, M&P were offering Oxford Sports luggage at stupid prices. There were tank bags, tail packs and importantly, panniers.

As you know me and Blair are heading around Scotland in May this year with the 2 girls in tow. We desperately needed luggage and we had thought about getting a rack for the back of the bikes. £50 ish would get us one and it would hopefully take the tail packs we had bought a while back for £20.

But that went out the window when I saw this offer. For the Sports range, top of the line stuff, £39.99 for the panniers. They are usually £120! Brilliant I thought! These would carry all our stuff and I could have the tank bag and have Em wearing my Kriega R25 to boost the capacity if we needed.
